Dad's Secret Spice - Chili Lime

Probably, the first thing to come to mind with DAD’S SECRET SPICE CHILI LIME is Mexican food. I get it. However, it’s really quite versatile. For example, it is really great on chicken, seafood, pork, vegetables and even beef. The flavors of all these items are enhanced with the citrus flavor. For example, seafood completely comes alive with it. Grilling any of these proteins is an absolute home run with Chili Lime.

 Another direction is marinade. Mix some DAD’S SECRET SPICE CHILI LIME with olive oil or grape-seed oil, pour over your chicken or pork chops for a couple hours or overnight in the fridge and then grill. Add some orange juice to this and pour in with some flap meat and you’ve got carne asada.
